1. DESCRIPTION & ELIGIBILITY: The "Direct2Drive.com BioWare Fly-Away Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") begins on or about Monday October 19, 2009 at 12:01 AM ET ("Start Date") and ends on Sunday, October 25, 2009 at 11:59 PM ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). The administrator of this Sweepstakes is Creative ZING Promotion Group ("Administrator"). The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is IGN Entertainment, Inc. ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes will operate as follows:

• Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C. who are at least 18 years of age and have reached the legal age of majority in their state of primary residence at time of entry ("Entrant").
• The Sweepstakes will culminate with a random drawing ("Random Drawing") to select two (2) winners to be amongst the FIRST to play "Dragon Age Origins" with the development team at BioWare in Edmonton, Canada.
• ENTRANTS MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT AND BE AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL BETWEEN NOVEMBER 1 - NOVEMBER 3, 2009.

Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors and interns) who have, within six months prior to the October 19, 2009, held employment with or performed services for Sponsor and Administrator or any organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Sweepstakes (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities") are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family and household members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year and "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. Void where prohibited.

2. HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes. 1.) Pre-Order Entry: Visit the website during the Sweepstakes Period by logging on to http://www.direct2drive.com/dragon-age-sweepstakes and pre-order "Dragon Age Origins" according to the online instructions to automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win, INCLUDING A VALID DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER. 2.) Free Method of Entry: To enter without pre-ordering the "Dragon Age Origins" game, send an email to: D2DDragonAgeSweeps@gmail.com. Subject line must include "Entry-Dragon Age Origins". Email must include the Entrants first name, last name, street address, daytime phone number and date of birth. If an individual pre-ordered the game prior to the Sweepstakes Period, an entry can be submitted via the Free Method of Entry. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on Sunday, October 25, 2009. Limit one (1) entry per person and/or email address for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. If entries exceed the entry limitations, the Entrant may be disqualified in the Sponsor's sole discretion. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. All information provided by Entrants becomes the property of Sweepstakes Entities. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Each Entrant must be the rightful owner or have authorized use of the e-mail address identified in the Entrant's entry as of October 19, 2009. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the e-mail account governing the e-mail address was opened. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.

3. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: A total of two (2) winners will be selected. The Random Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator from all eligible entries on or about October 26, 2009. Potential winners will be notified by telephone and/or email, at the sole discretion of Administrator, on October 26, 2009 by 3 PM EST. Potential winners must be able to receive telephone calls from an unlisted and/or blocked number. Messages may not be left. Potential winners will be required to respond WITHIN TWO (2) HOURS of attempted notification to verify eligibility, availability and compliance with the rules. The failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor and/or Administrator, in its sole discretion, may attempt to contact up to three (3) alternate potential winners of a prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected. Prize winners will be required to verify address return within 24 hours (or a shorter time if required by exigencies) an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a publicity release (collectively, the "Prize Claim Documents") covering eligibility, liability, advertising, publicity and media appearance issues. Prize will not be awarded until all such properly executed and notarized Prize Claim Documents are returned.

4. GRAND PRIZES (2 Prizes will be awarded): Each grand prize winner will receive: A 3 day / 2 night trip for two (2) people to be amongst the FIRST to play "Dragon Age: Origins" at BioWare in Edmonton, Canada on November 2, 2009 (the "Event"). Participation in the Event includes: a.) round-trip coach air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest ("Travel Companion") to Edmonton, Canada from the major airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence; b.) two (2) nights hotel accommodations (room and tax only; double occupancy) and c.) ground transportation between the airport and hotel in Edmonton and between BioWare office and the hotel. Travel is tentatively scheduled to take place between November 1-3 2009. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Each Prize: $2,500. Total ARV Prizes: $5000. Actual prize value depends on winner's place of residence and cost and availability of airfare and hotel at time of booking and travel and may be substantially higher or lower than the stated ARV. Failure to travel on the dates specified by the Sweepstakes Entities will result in forfeiture of the prize. Winner and Travel Companion agree to undertake the trip at their own risk. Winner and Travel Companion must have valid travel documents (e.g. Passport) prior to departure. Winner and Travel Companion may be asked to provide the Sweepstakes Entities with a copy of their valid U.S. Passports prior to ticketing of the airfare. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize. All travel is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security at the time of travel; if Winner/Travel Companion are unable to travel as a result of security clearance issues, no substitute prize or compensation will be provided at the Sponsors sole discretion. Sweepstakes Entities will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Once travel commences, no unscheduled stopovers are permitted; if an unscheduled stopover occurs, full fare will be charged to the winner from stopover point for the remaining segments, including return, of the trip. Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. ARV for travel prizes may vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fare fluctuations. Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the prize ARV in these Official Rules. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to structure the travel route and select hotels in their sole discretion. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles.

All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and Administrator. Prize winner cannot assign or transfer the prize to another person. Cash alternative is NOT permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor or Administrator. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor or Administrator, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded. If winner cannot accept a prize, or any portion thereof, as stated, the prize may be forfeited at the sole discretion of Sweepstakes Entities. The value of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination of the maximum retail value thereof. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. The winners must provide Sweepstakes Entities with a valid social security number for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of the winner for the actual value of the prize received. Other restrictions may apply. Limit one (1) prize per household.

5. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/RELEASES: By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrator, which shall be final in all respects. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or by accepting any prize that they may win, Entrants agree to release the Sweepstakes Entities and Electronic Arts ("EA"); their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, units and divisions and advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers; each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees; and each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Entrants authorize the Sweepstakes Entities to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. The Released Parties shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (v) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes, and reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control, corrupt the administration, security or proper participation of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may prohibit Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in their sole discretion, they determine Entrant are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair participation with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Sponsor representatives. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select winner(s) in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each Entrant's sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of California. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within California and Entrant hereby submit to jurisdiction in California.

7. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information supplied by Entrant to IGN will be subject to IGN's privacy policy posted at http://corp.ign.com/privacy.html. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant grants Sponsor permission to share Entrant's email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment. Sponsor will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose Entrant's personal data to any third party other than the other Sponsors and as explicitly described herein.
