I like it, but I would like it even more if it was a create building type of deal, as well as if it had skirmish. Other than that is a great game, I also love the direct fire mode. I don't feel it was worth the $30 though, It's more of a $20 game but no big deal.

If you look anywhere about this game you will see the debate over this game or COH. This game is by far the gold standard of functionality over COH. It is, however, not particularly well suited to the casual or impatient gamer.

Objectives are confusing.
Selecting units and making them do what we want is a chalenge.
Bad AI and bad pathfinding.

The game is really fun especially after i just quit Company of Heroes. It has excellent and realistic armor values/penetration and no health bar, it all varies on you equipment, also, infantry combat is great, realistic, very minimal health so running out in the open is not a great tactic. All there is to it, COH is a game for arcade-type play. Men of War is for players that crave simulations...
While the AI can be a bit finicky at times (all AI can be), this is still one of the best, if not the best, RTS in the WW2 genre.
For $14.95 you simply can't go wrong!

The game is clunky, like many euro-games, and while it actually has snippets of nifty realism in there, it is a very VERY pale shadow of either the sim (like Advanced Squad Leader) it wants to be, or game (like Company of Heroes) it wishes it could be.
