Had same graphic issues as above. Upgrade to dosbox 0.73 and use VDMSound-2.0.4-WinNT-i386. Can be found with a search. Runs smooth and is a joy to play now. Love the game now. Only issue is you cant access the book with out dropping into 640*480 with no way to go back. So print out what you may...

What a wonderful game. Turn based combat galore, research and management of a Mercenary type task force. You can even research diferent engines and guns for your APCs, or Combat planes etc.. This game is 8 or 9 years old.. and of course it shows it in the graphics.. but the fun of playing it, of...

The game is exactly as you remember it; unless you are running the 64bit version of Vista, in which case the dosbox it runs in will no work properly and there will be black 'shadows' that cover a lot of the user interface, including menus, the minimap, and in some cases the entire battlescape....
