Perfecto!
An RPG that totally breaks the mold!

Overlord is a game that having the looks of the darkest and most mysterious RPGs takes a complete turn taking the genre and concept into a whole new direction. You play as the overlord in charge of an army of minions that love to destroy. You decide whether to be a good or a bad guy, but believe me the evil side is much more fun! The constant humor in the game made me crack up all the time. Beautiful game engine, solid performance, very innovative. If you're looking for something new and refreshing that will give you hours of good fun, Overlord is a must!

9 Presentation
Each animation and menu solidly transmits the fun concept of the game.
10 Graphics
I'm utterly amazed by the game engine. It's totally state of the art (even being from 2007) and it may even surpass many of the graphics we see in actual games.
9 Sound
The minion's comments are an excellent touch, reminding me of the "smeagle" sometimes. Environment sounds and background music is very good too.
9 Gameplay
They first run you through a tutorial that will get you up and running in no time. Gameplay is simple and effective.
10 Lasting Appeal
A game that you'll want to repeat, changing the choices you make through it. I'm totally looking forward to getting the expansion "Raising Hell".
