The Speeder Lane DLC requires the latest build of The Maw to be awarded DLC achievements. If you have downloaded The Maw prior to the release of Speeder Lane (4/29/09), please download the original game and run the install again.
In this "deleted scene" from The Maw, Frank steals a Bounty Hunter Speeder and uses it to break through their blockade. This part of the story takes place before the Mesas level.
