Aquaria is an underwater, action-adventure fantasy game that stars Naija, a mergirl searching for her family. The game features a large underwater world to explore, including dozens of treasures and over 175 unique creatures. Control Naija via an innovative control scheme that lets you swim, fight, and sing by using mouse gestures. Along the way, you'll unravel a very personal history of Aquaria, told through Naija's own words via voice-overs. Aquaria also features 50 unique music tracks and over 2000 pieces of hand-painted artwork.

Amazing Game! Cross between Metroid, Castlevania SOFTN, and Ecco the Dolphin.

The previous reviewer mentioned that this one is a hidden a gem and let me assure you that this is absolutely correct. I would encourage you to check out some reviews on Youtube. I got about 27 hours of gameplay from this game and enjoyed every second due to the amazing soundtrack. In my opinion...

Beats all 3D games hands down!

This is one of the best games I've seen a very long time. This game proves the games DO NOT need to be 3D. 2D games can be better than 3D and this game shows it. I cannot think of one thing that needs improving with this game. Graphics, music, gameplay control, and storyline are all perfect. ...
